Commercial refrigeration glass doors are engineered for heavy-duty continuous operation in supermarkets, convenience stores and cold storage facilities. They balance reliable thermal insulation, clear product visibility and long-term durability, serving both new refrigeration builds and retrofitting replacement projects.
Our EM‑01 fiberglass composite glass door adopts argon-filled insulated tempered glass as its core. Cooler units use double-layer tempered hollow glass filled with argon, while freezer models upgrade to triple-layer tempered argon-filled glass. As a chemically stable inert gas, argon slows heat transfer effectively, cutting heat infiltration and easing the load on your refrigeration compressor. The integrated heated anti-fog system for glass and frame prevents condensation, maintaining a transparent display view for shoppers.
Different from common aluminum and PVC frames, our frame is made of high-strength, flame-retardant fiberglass composite material. It delivers superior weather resistance and longer service life under sustained low-temperature conditions. Standard hardware includes a full-length handle, exclusive hinge system with hold-open and doorstop functions, and a tight magnetic gasket to stop cold air escaping. A hydraulic damping closing device enables smooth, quiet and buffered door closure.
Multiple optional configurations are supported: reversible door swing, cylinder lock, energy-saving temperature sensor and more. Custom sizes and custom logo printing are available. This door fits walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers and reach-in refrigerated cases, catering to cold storage contractors, refrigeration OEMs and supermarket chain operators.
